Your Satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product, you must contact us within 3 business days of receipt to set up the return instructions. Please email us for instructions for your return. Refunds are giving after product/s are returned and received by Wall Art From The Heart ®. If you should receive damage product, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of product and we will make arrangements with you to reship new product. Damage product MUST also be returned prior to reshipping new product. There will be a 25% restocking fee on all returned/refunded merchandise. (No restocking fee on exchanges). Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer pays all shipping charges for exchanges.
Ordering:
You add the items to your cart by pushing the "Add To Cart" button. When you have completed your shopping hit the "View Cart" button and then hit check on. You will follow those instructions for proceeding to check out and payment center. You will receive an email from us stating that we have received your order and instructions there after. If you DO NOT get an email from us within 24 hours this means for what ever reason we DID NOT receive your order and you should contact us to find out what the problem is. If you should ever have any questions or problems placing an order, please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you. Our products are handmade and made to order after your order is placed. Orders placed after 2pm MST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday, not including holidays.
*Paypal payments will be processed under our Paypal business account name of, Forever And A Day Gift Boutique, as Paypal only permits one business account.

NOTE: PLEASE READ
All billing addresses MUST match your credit card in order for us to process all orders. Please be sure to enter the correct billing address, which may be different from shipping address. If billing address does not match, we will send an email and/or call the person on the order in order to get the correct information. Please do not just click "same" when ordering if billing address and shipping address are really not the same as this will delay your order from being processed because it will be rejected on our end from your credit card company for not matching.
Information that must match is:
1. Full billing address which is associated with credit card.
2. Security code on back of the card.
If billing address and shipping address are different from each other (dropship orders) we may call the ordering customer to ensure this information is all correct. This is for the safety of the credit card holder.

** Each picture is personally framed by us to ensure you the highest quality product in your home. Orders are taken in the order received and hand stained/painted and framed at the time of order.
Shipping:
Most of our items usually ship within 3-4 days of payment Monday - Friday unless otherwise indicated. Orders placed after 2pm MST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday, not including holidays. Shop from home and have your gifts delivered right to your friends and family. Just enter the shipping address when checking out. We are not responsible for improper shipping information provided to us so please make sure that the shipping address is correct. If we ship order back out a second time another shipping charge will apply. No P.O. Box addresses, must be physical addresses for delivery.
Disclaimer: For some reason we do not understand, some product search engines have us listed as giving out free shipping. This is NOT a true fact. We apologize for this problem. We have been trying for years to get them to change it but have been unsuccessful in doing so.

Return Policy: Please read carefully!

You will be charged the 25% restocking fee even if you are returning damage product for a refund instead of exchange. (No restocking fee on damaged exchanges). Shipping charges are not refundable regardless of rather or not you are sending the product back for refund or exchange. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Email us at lsaban@wallartfromtheheart.com to initiate your return. We will provide you with a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Please note: To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging and all accessories must be included. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Returns will NOT be accepted without a RMA number. All returns must be received by us within 10 business days from the original delivery date. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 10 business days.
HOLIDAY AND SEASONAL RETURNS: ALL holiday and seasonal framed art MUST be returned prior to a holiday, not after a holiday.
** Our product description when referring to "Picture Measures" is picture size WITH frame.
CANCEL ORDER:
We can NOT cancel an order once it has been received by us. Orders at Wall Art From The Heart® are processed right after receiving your order request. We believe that this is part of excellent customer service. This also allows for faster delivery time to our customers.
Dropship Orders: All orders being shipped somewhere other than billing address will be double checked for accuracy and approval.
