If you are having problems paying for your order using your debit or credit card, please follow these instructions:

Follow the ordering instructions up to the point of getting to the paying area of Paypals site. If you do not want to pay using a Paypal account you do NOT have to sign up for an account in order to pay for your order. Click on the link under the sign in area of the Paypal page that says:

Don't have a Paypal account?

Pay with your debit or credit card as a Paypal guest.

This will take you to a secure debit/credit card paying area for which you can use your debit or credit card without having to sign up for a Paypal account.

You DO NOT have to have a Paypal account to use credit cards

** Our product description when referring to "Picture Measures" is picture size WITH frame.

** Orders For Canada, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico will be accepted however they must be paid for via phone or email. Our system is not set up to accept payments for outside the USA orders.
